Healthy Eating: include extra fiber to your diet.  This loosens your stools enough that you don’t need to strain, as well as ease any constipation that you main be suffering from.  Stay away from spicy food, coffee and alcohol as these dehydrate the body.  Drink plenty of water as this helps lubricate your bowel movements.

Behavior Treatment For Piles

As well as changing your diet to help you treat hemorrhoids, changing your behavior can also ease the pain.  Instead of sitting in a chair for long periods of time, take a break every hour or so and go for a short walk.  This takes the pressure off of your spine and rectum area.

At night, rather than laying straight, try to raise your legs slightly so that they are above your waist height.
